Felicia and Brad, what an amazing pair!! As I was looking at there photos and trying to pick my favorites, I had a list of 28 as they were all so amazing. I met with Felicia, Brad and Terry, Felicia’s mom, this winter and showed them around Key West. During their visit, they decided on having the wedding and reception at the beautiful Audubon House and Tropical Gardens this past May. The ceremony began very romantically as the lovely bride entered to the sounds of Robin Kaplan’s harp. The bride is originally from South Carolina and a Southern “Bell” at heart. The couple wanted a very vintage southern theme. We decided to create a design in the gardens that was very untraditional. We designed one large family style table in the center garden with ivory linen and ivory lace overlays from Linens in Paradise accented with mahogany chivari chairs from Key West Party Rentals. Love in Bloom designed arrangements of white hydrangeas and pink roses in mason jars for the center of the table. Felicia ordered the most delicious smelling candles from Anthropology which scented the entire garden. The Westin Key West Resort provided a fabulous country family style meal for our southerners to enjoy. The group danced the night away and ended with Michael Jackson’s Thriller….did we mention this group knows how to dance. Please enjoy these photos from the fantastic Hannah of JHunter photography.
